Renco takes a strategic step into the North American market with the launch of Renco USA Corporation, marking a significant expansion for the company. In operation since october 2024, the new entity is headquartered in Houston, Texas, the heart of the U.S. energy industry.

Leading the growth of the new corporation is Marco Sigismondi, the company’s director. This initiative stems from a close collaboration with Baker Hughes, a historic company founded in 1907 and a global leader in the energy and oilfield services sector.

Renco partners with Baker Hughes to support natural gas plant maintenance activities across North America, Mexico, Canada, and other regions in South America. The corporation operates within the Services Division, focusing primarily on the provision of Field Service Engineers, highly specialized professionals responsible for the management and maintenance of industrial plants.

A Network of Opportunities

Renco USA Corporation is also a member of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Houston, a key platform for fostering business connections and new opportunities. In 2024, the team participated in the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), one of the industry's most important events, to establish new partnerships and strengthen its business network.

Houston represents both a stimulating challenge and an unprecedented opportunity for Renco. As the epicenter of the oil and gas industry, the city hosts numerous strategic companies and facilities. The presence of Baker Hughes’ offices in the same area made this location a natural choice.
