Renco has won the tender relative to the construction of the new Academy of the Italian Finance/Tax Police

Renco, in collaboration with CMB, has won the tender relative to the construction of the new Academy of the Italian Finance/Tax Police in Bergamo (Lot 2 and primary urbanisation works). The project foresees the redevelopment of the entire area that was previously occupied by the Riuniti Hospital of Bergamo, spread over an area of approximately 120.000 square meters with 16 pavilions some are existing parts and others are new construction.

In particular, the works involve the preservation and restoration of the pavilion P01, the building renovation of Pavilion 15, the extra-ordinary maintenance of seven pavilions, the construction of eight parking lots at ground level and one underground, the construction of the new Auditorium and Sports Center with a swimming pool, gym and shooting range.

In addition,  all the primary urbanisation works connected to the entire Lot will be completed .The time-frame of the works is estimated in 27 months starting from last July and the amount of the Contract is almost Euro 47 Million plus VAT.
