Manage the planning of the company’s personal needs, Evaluation of skills in order to determine a possible collaboration relationship.

Facultative/Mandatory consent:
With respect to the data collected and used, with reference to the legitimate judicial interest basis (letter f, art. 6, del GDPR), Your  explicit consent is not requested.
Facultative/Mandatory of the conferment:
The conferment of the personal data above mentioned is facultative but it is necessary the at the execution of the services offered by the Owner.
Transfer towards International organisations.:

Terms and conditions of the storage, per catergory, of the personal details:
Common Data 1 year, After a year the CV’s of the candidates are eliminated.
Particular Data 1 year, After a year the CV’s of the candidates are eliminated.
Judicial Data 1 year, After a year the CV’s of the candidates are eliminated.

 

SUMMARY OF THE USE/PURPOSE
The processing of the personal data will be for the following purposes:

Manage the course on the basis of the company’s personnel needs Owner’s Interest
Evaluation of the skills in order to determine a possible collaboration/working relation. Owner’s Interest

 

Guarantees on transfers

Contractual agreements between the Owner of the management or responsible of the data or the responsible of the data and receiver of the personal data in the third party Country or in the international organization. Clauses: Model Clauses Renco Group

For the Data collected and used for purposes related to the execution of activities related to the contractual relationship, in compliance with the legal obligations indicated, Your consent is not required. Failure to provide the personal data referred to above will make it impossible to proceed with the possible working relation in question. For the data collected and used for the legitimate interest of the Data Owner, your consent is not required (letter f, article 6, of the GDPR). The communication of personal data referred to above is optional but necessary for the execution of the services offered by the Data Owner. Any refusal to communicate such data will make it impossible to provide all or part of the services requested.

Right to access
The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in art 15 of the GDPR, to request the Owner access to its personal data.

The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in art 16 of the GDPR, to request the Owner the rectification of its personal data.
Right to Cancel
The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in art 17 of the GDPR, to request the Owner the cancellation of its personal data.
Right to Limitation
The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in art 18 of the GDPR, to request the Owner  the limitation of data the concerns the same.
Right to Oppose
The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in art 21 of the GDPR, to oppose to the treatment of its data.

Right to Transfer
The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in art. 20 of the GDPR, to exercise its actual rights relative to the transfer of its actual data.

Right to Revocate
The interested Party has the right, in accordance to what is foreseen in  art. 7 comma 3 of the GDPR, to exercise its actual rights to the revocation of its consent.

Additional Notes
The interested Party, in addition, may file a complaint to the competent authority/ies (for example, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data).

 

AUTOMATED PROCESS

Does an automated process exist?
The treatment is not based on an automated process.

The Owner reserves the right to carry out all the opportune modifications or those mandatory by law to the present Information Letter, relative to the management of the personal data, at any given time and at any moment the same chooses to. In such occasions, the Users will be informed of the modifications carried out.
