New offices for Renco
For the 40th anniversary of Renco’s foundation, the new offices of the Pesaro-based Group were inaugurated today. The company constructed the new facility in just 14 months on the site of a former industrial district along the Montefeltro Road, a few kilometres from the city centre.
The facility was built according to contemporary criteria: it has a low environmental impact, with 200 solar panels mounted on the roofing, a BMS (Building Management System) for energy management, which ensures 20% energy saving as required by law, limited or no use of plastic bottles and cups, charging stations for electric vehicles and a “Konnex-DALI” system for the energy saving of lighting systems.
“Forty years is a big achievement for our company, which has seen considerable growth over this period: we have learned to work in difficult international scenarios and have learned to believe and invest in those territories; we have also learned to work with our heads but, above all, with our hearts because doing business around the world ultimately means just that: doing things with the proper blend of rationality and emotions while staying firmly rooted in our territory of origin. This means safeguarding the values and principles that guide our approach to work in this traditionally dynamic and hard-working region,” declared Renco’s Chairman, Mr. Giovanni Gasparini.
“We built our new offices with two aims in mind: firstly, we want our employees to be happy and, to do this, we have implemented several services to make work as easy as possible. Secondly, we wanted the city to have a tangible reminder of Renco’s importance as a construction company by erecting a valuable building; we are fully satisfied with the time it took to build, the costs, its quality and environmentally responsible construction,” commented the CEO of Renco, Mr. Giovanni Rubini.
The offices, which occupy 6 storeys for a total of 8,400 square metres, include 290 workstations, over 200 parking spaces, 600 square metres of terraces, a canteen that seats over 130 people, a gym of almost 200 square metres reserved for employees, a 100-seater training room for permanent training sessions, laundry services and a shuttle service to and from the nearest railway station.
