For the professional development of its personnel along the various growth paths, the company runs dedicated projects, such as Renco Academy, and adopts a structured performance evaluation system.
Renco Academy is an "internal school" which aims to enhance human capital by investing in the professional development of our people. We draw on the internal know-how of our professionals, involved in setting up technical and management training courses. Every year, through the Renco Academy, we activate "ad hoc" courses to meet the training needs of the company's personnel. A concrete commitment to the development of professionalism through continuous training.
