Opera Suite Hotel opens in Pesaro
Pesaro, the birthplace of Gioachino Rossini, hosts the famous Rossini Opera Festival every August. The Opera Suite Hotel fits perfectly into this context, celebrating the city’s artistic vocation through its name and identity. Just steps from the city center and directly overlooking the sea, the hotel caters to a wide range of guests: families, sports enthusiasts, and business travelers.
A Facility Serving Everyone
The hotel features 32 elegant and functional suites, a spa, a gym, and a restaurant.
Key services include a workshop for cyclists, dedicated laundry facilities, a partnered beach, and year-round operation. In summer, it’s a relaxing and well-equipped destination for vacationers. In winter, it becomes a hub for business clients and Renco collaborators from around the world.
Certified Quality
The project has earned BREEAM In-Use certification, one of the most rigorous international sustainability standards for existing buildings.
The certification assesses parameters such as energy management, water saving, environmental comfort, sustainable mobility, materials used, and accessibility—ensuring an efficient, safe, and low-impact structure.
Tourism as a Social Value
Opera Suite Hotel is a key part of Renco’s strategy for accessible, responsible, and high-quality tourism.
The result is a new concept of hospitality: functional, elegant, and rooted in the territory—able to generate real value for the community and every person who enters the hotel.
The Opera Suite Hotel opening is part of a broader vision for urban and hospitality enhancement. Renco has received administrative approval for the demolition and faithful reconstruction of the historic Hotel Garden, also located in Pesaro, on Viale Trieste.
