Operating in the energy sector for over 40 years, today Renco is leading the path forward in the energy transition sector. We work as operators, energy providers, technical advisors, and financial sponsors for large-scale energy projects. Our expertise spans wind farms, hydroelectric stations, solar plants, hydrogen production, gas treatment, and compression stations. We offer advanced technology solutions and comprehensive services, including feasibility studies, engineering, construction, commissioning, and plant operation and maintenance, and the provision of specialised personnel worldwide.

BEnergy Unit

In 2022, Renco founded the BEnergy Unit, a division to deliver Concept and Feed Engineering Services, aimed at meeting the evolving needs of its customers. The establishment of this new Unit was pivotal for Renco, enhancing its strategic capabilities and extending our footprint in Italy through a Milan-based unit.

BEnergy is Renco's business unit focused on the concept and Pre-FEED engineering side of our business. The unit assesses the technical feasibility of projects to ensure they are viable and align with client requirements. BEnergy aims to "Design a planet better," emphasising that green solutions are fundamental to their mission.

Services

As a provider of integrated energy services, we deal with the design, management and supervision of different construction phases and the operation and maintenance of complex energy projects and large-scale complex works. This means that we manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations in the long term.

Renco works on the development of innovative construction projects. Our portfolio of projects includes the development of residential and office buildings, hotels, multi-functional complexes, hospitals, universities and more. Projects are handled through both project financing opportunities and turnkey solutions. Prioritising energy efficiency is central within Renco’s building ethos, as we adhere to certifications such as BIM, BREEAM and LEED.

Building Division

In the building sector Renco has works for many years abroad and in Italy constructing important structure, in challenging contexts, all the while always seeking ways in which to give back to the communities in which it operates.

Francesco Latini, Building Division Director, discusses how Renco’s building division has evolved over the many years and where Renco is heading in the future.

Asset Management

Renco’s Asset Division specialises in the management of hotels and offices, as well as work camps for employees and workers in remote locations, employing qualified personnel to oversee all operations. Renco’s properties are managed in conformity to international quality standards and local regulations. The Group has developed partnerships with leading groups in the international hotel sector, such as Accor and Hilton.

Stay Fancy

Renco has its own hotel and luxury experience brand: Stay Fancy. Stay Fancy represents Renco's boutique hotel line, encompassing the management of multiple hotels. Renco has forged partnerships to manage hotels through esteemed hotel groups such as Hilton and Mercure in countries such as Congo, Armenia, Mozambique, and Kazakhstan. Today, Renco also invests in the Italian leisure market and has acquired several luxury hotel residences in the country. Locations include Florence, Matera, Treviso, and La Salle, Courmayeur.

Project Financing

Renco’s project financing division is responsible for securing and managing funding for the development of large-scale infrastructure projects across our different divisions. We work alongside partners to collaborate with banks and institutions to help finance projects and get them off the ground.
