WORK PURPOSE To guarantee the continuous, adequate and complete monitoring of the project costs, with particular attention on construction and subcontracts costs, with the aim to develop and analyse the estimate at completion. DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop, monitor and updated the Cost Control Report of the Project, supporting the Project Manager in the analysis of the costs based on the adequate and continuous monitoring of mob/demob of people, equipment, partners and subcontractors
-Support the Project Manager in the approval process of subcontracts payments (M20)
-Update estimate at completion for projects costs based on the current performances, risks and opportunities of the project.
-Monitor and analyse committed and actual costs vs previous forecasts
-Update the timeline of costs and cash flow analysis REQUIRED COMPETENCES
-Knowledge of costs accounting principles (direct, indirect costs, site overheads, etc.)
- Knowledge on construction process with focus on civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Excel advanced
- CAD, Oracle JDE are a plus
- Competencies in Project Planning and Oracle Primavera are a plus QUALIFICATIONS
